What is Spring Fling?

Spring Fling is the only annual fundraiser benefiting Beach, Havens, and Wildwood Elementary Schools.

It is a season of parties, auctions, and events bringing together our elementary community to support our children’s education. Funds raised by Spring Fling go directly to the schools, supporting counseling, music, science, art, math, computer, library activities, and other vital programs.

An overview of Spring Fling events & programs:

  • Camp Auction: Get a jump start on summer planning by bidding on a program in our camp auction. This year, we've narrowed it down to your favorite camps, so it will be a "fast & furious" auction. Bid early & bid often in this 3-day auction to win a spot at Camp Augusta, Camp Everything, Camp Galileo and more. 

  • Comings & Goings Photographs: A long-standing tradition, we bring in a professional photographer to create portraits of our Kindergarten & 5th-grade students

  • Parent Parties: Hosted theme events for parents & students held throughout the spring & fall

  • Online & Silent Auctions: Bid on exciting adventures & wonderful items while supporting our schools

  • Parent & Business Sponsorships: Help make these events a reality by becoming a sponsor. Sponsors are invited to an exclusive evening at a private Piedmont home

  • Spring Swing: A fun day of golf & tennis at the Claremont Country Club supporting our schools. For more information and to register, visit SpringFlingGolfClassic.org.

  • Grand Gala: One of the best parties in town. This black-tie (optional) event includes a cocktail hour and silent auction, sit-down dinner and live auction, and dancing, gaming, and lots of fun.

Spring Fling is successful only because of the support of our wonderful community. Our goal for Spring Fling is 100% parent participation. There are a variety of ways for you to get involved whether by volunteering, sponsoring, donating/purchasing auction items, or attending an event.
