Get Ready! Piedmont's Week of Wellness is September 20-27, 2023. 

In honor of the Wellness Center’s 15th anniversary, we are partnering with local fitness facilities and parents in our community to create a special week of health and wellness activities. We hope you and your family will take the time to breathe, stretch, move, dance, and enjoy the outdoors! All proceeds help to fund Piedmont’s Wellness Center, which serves Piedmont High School, Millennium High School, and Piedmont Middle School students.

With a Family Sponsorship or a ticket purchase, you have access to a week of classes and events (please disregard the "Buy Now" as classes will be complimentary with ticket or sponsorship purchase). Please note that classes will fill up on a first-come, first-served basis. Each class has a different level of availability based on studio size and equipment needs.

Thank you for supporting the PUSD Wellness Center and its mission to provide confidential, free counseling services to all Piedmont middle and high school students, including IEP-based counseling services. The Wellness Center helps students manage common emotional and social challenges including stress, depression, grief, family or friendship conflicts, and substance use concerns.
